2. Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 states in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (where available). Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
3. What are your shipping options and times? We offer three simple options (delivery times are business days, excluding weekends & holidays):

- Free Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $0 (on qualifying orders – threshold shown clearly at checkout)
- Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $10

Most returns include a prepaid label. If the product arrives damaged or not as described, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund promptly.

7. Are your lamps easy to install? Do they include bulbs? Yes! Most pieces come with clear, straightforward assembly instructions (often tool-free or minimal tools needed). Many include compatible LED bulbs; others are bulb-ready (check product page for details). We recommend using energy-efficient bulbs for optimal glow and longevity.
